(LON:IHG) InterContinental Hotels Group PLC announced that on 11 August 2026, its Board declared an interim dividend for 2026 of 64.5 cents per share, with the corresponding pence sterling amount determined as 47.6 pence per ordinary share. The applicable exchange rate used was £1:US$1.3547, calculated as the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 8 September 2026, using the WMR closing mid-point spot rate as at 4:00pm (London time), as published in the Financial Times. The interim dividend will be paid on 1 October 2026. Registered shareholders may elect to receive their dividend payments in US Dollars (USD) instead of British Pounds (GBP) by completing the Currency Form at www.shareview.info/products/directdividends or by contacting the Company's Registrar, Equiniti. For shares held in CREST, an election for USD will be permitted using the CREST dividend election process, and CREST participants should ensure a USD CREST Memorandum Account has been enabled.

McBride Group: recent deal could help create a good recovery

Result of Secondary Placing in Applied Nutrition

(LSE:APN) Applied Nutrition plc announced the result of a secondary placing of 7,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 275 pence per Placing Share, representing approximately 2.80% of Applied Nutrition's issued share capital. The Selling Shareholders, Thomas Ryder and Steven Granite, have agreed to sell these shares, marking their first sale since the Company's IPO in October 2024 and diversifying their asset base. Following completion of the Placing, Thomas Ryder remains Applied Nutrition's largest shareholder with a resultant holding of 81,162,494 ordinary shares, representing 32.46% of the Company's issued share capital. The Selling Shareholders have undertaken not to dispose of any further ordinary shares in Applied Nutrition for a period of 180 days following completion of the Placing, subject to certain exceptions and waiver by Panmure Liberum. The trade date for the Placing is 11 September 2026 and settlement is expected to occur on 15 September 2026. Panmure Liberum Limited acted as sole bookrunner for the Selling Shareholders in connection with the Placing. The Company is not party to the Placing and will not receive any proceeds from the Placing.

Proposed Secondary Placing in Applied Nutrition

(LSE:APN) Applied Nutrition plc announced a proposed secondary placing of approximately 6,000,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.40% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding ordinary shares held in treasury). The placing is being conducted by Thomas Ryder and Steven Granite, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Applied Nutrition respectively, who together currently own 100,170,095 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 40.07% of Applied Nutrition's issued share capital. The Placing Shares are being offered to institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuild, which will be launched immediately following this announcement and may close at any time on short notice. Panmure Liberum Limited is acting as sole bookrunner for the Selling Shareholders in connection with the Placing. The final number of Placing Shares to be placed and the price per Placing Share will be agreed by Panmure Liberum and the Selling Shareholders at the close of the bookbuild process, with results to be announced as soon as practicable thereafter. Following completion of the Placing, the Selling Shareholders have undertaken not to dispose of any remaining shares they hold in the Company for a period of 180 days, subject to certain exceptions and waiver by Panmure Liberum. Applied Nutrition is not a party to the Placing and will not receive any proceeds from the Placing. The Placing Shares have not been, and will not be, registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or with any securities regulatory authority of any State or other jurisdiction of the United States, and may not be offered, sold, or transferred, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and in compliance with the securities laws of any State or any other jurisdiction of the United States.

Acquisition of further hectarage

(LSE:MPE) M.P. Evans Group PLC announced the acquisition of additional planted and plantable land to further extend its Kota Bangun project in East Kalimantan. On 8 September 2026, the Group's wholly owned subsidiary, PT Evans Indonesia, completed the acquisition of the Indonesian plantation company PT Kalimantan Wahana Berjaya ("KWB") for a total consideration of US$2.0 million. KWB has 776 hectares planted to oil palm, which require some amount of rehabilitation or replanting. Based on Group estimates, KWB has up to 450 hectares of additional land suitable for planting in accordance with environmental guidelines. At the same time, the Group's wholly owned subsidiary PT Nusantara Agro Sentosa has secured the initial land rights over an adjacent parcel of land of 3,600 hectares, known as Long Nah. Survey work indicates that approximately 2,000 hectares can be developed to oil palm at Long Nah. As the Group works to rehabilitate, plant, and bring to maturity the palms at both KWB and Long Nah, the total planted area at the Group's Kota Bangun project may expand by more than 3,000 hectares. Over time, the total investment in the new areas is expected to be US$20-25 million, representing a cost per planted hectare of approximately US$7-8,000. Chief executive Matthew Coulson stated that the new hectarage provides a further source of long-term production growth and supports the Group's strategy of processing more of its own crop and making efficient use of milling capacity.

FY26 Interim Results to 30 June 2026

(LSE:FEVR) Fevertree Drinks plc reported FY26 interim results to 30 June 2026, highlighting strong brand revenue growth of 8% at constant currency and continued strategic progress. US revenue increased by 11% at constant currency to £66.9 million, driven by momentum under the Molson Coors partnership and the launch of Fever-Tree's first national US marketing campaign. UK revenue rose 3% to £49.5 million, with a return to growth supported by strong Off-Trade performance, market share gains, and the “Straight up or Mixed” marketing campaign. Europe saw Fever-Tree brand revenue increase by 10% at constant currency to £49.6 million, with strong performances in France and Switzerland. Rest of World revenue grew 5% at constant currency to £17.6 million, with Australia, New Zealand, and Canada all achieving double-digit underlying growth. Adjusted EBITDA increased 9% to £20.1 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 10.9%. Diluted EPS rose 38% to 9.44 pence per share, and normalised EPS increased 5% to 11.00 pence per share. The Board declared an interim dividend of 6.09 pence per share, up 2% year-on-year. A £60 million share buyback programme is underway in 2026, following the £100 million programme completed in FY25, supported by a £68 million cash position. Products beyond Tonic now represent 47% of Group sales, up from 39% three years ago, with Ginger Beer, Pink Grapefruit, and Mexican Lime Soda leading growth. The Group remains well hedged on glass and aluminum costs and maintains unchanged expectations for FY26. Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC: Fuller’s acquires...

(LSE/AIM:FSTA) Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has exchanged contracts to purchase 10 outstanding pubs via a transaction with pub operator Stonegate Group and a simultaneous separate transaction with an institutional property investment company. The transaction includes four freehold and six leasehold properties, with nine of the sites located in prime London postcodes and one in the centre of Bath. The total purchase price, before fees and taxes, is £35.25 million, representing a multiple of 8.4 times acquired site EBITDA. The transaction will be funded from existing debt facilities. Completion of the purchase of the four freehold pubs is expected in September, while the six leasehold purchases will complete on an asset-by-asset basis as they are subject to landlords’ consent. Fuller’s Executive Chairman, Simon Emeny, stated that the company has always maintained a disciplined policy of only acquiring the right assets at the right price and that this transaction meets those criteria. Notable pubs acquired include The Shipwrights Arms in London Bridge, The Duchess next to Selfridges, and The Blue Anchor in Hammersmith. The company stated that these pubs are a perfect complement to its existing estate and will provide additional momentum to the strong earnings growth being delivered by its core business. Succession Plan

(LSE/AIM:BMY) Bloomsbury Publishing PLC announces a five-year leadership succession plan to provide long-term continuity and stability for shareholders, authors, and colleagues. Nigel Newton, Bloomsbury's Founder and Chief Executive, becomes Executive Chairman effective today as the first step in the plan. A new Chief Executive will be appointed in two years' time, with the appointment process led by John Bason as Chair of the Nomination Committee, considering both internal and external candidates. John Bason moves from Chairman to Deputy Chairman and will also become Senior Independent Director with enhanced responsibilities. Following the appointment of the new Chief Executive, Nigel Newton will remain as Executive Chairman for the first three years of their tenure to provide continuity and support key strategic relationships. Interim Trading Statement

(LSE/AIM:ADB) Adnams plc reported revenue of £27.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, compared with £30.1 million in the corresponding period last year. The largest reduction in revenues resulted from the disposal of some tenanted pubs which completed during 2025. Trading within the Company's managed pubs and hotels was below expectations during the first half of the year, prompting operational, commercial and labour management initiatives. In July, the managed estate delivered like-for-like revenue growth of 3.3% and profit growth of 10%. The relocation of the Bury St Edmunds store in December 2025 led to a five-fold increase in bottom-line profitability at the half year compared with the previous location. Direct free trade revenues were broadly flat compared with the prior year, and trading with supermarkets remained broadly in line with the previous year, continuing to outperform the wider beer market. The Ghost Ship family of brands outperformed the total ale category by 2.1%. Operating expenses reduced by over £2 million compared with the first half of 2025. The Company's debt reduction programme led to a 50% fall in interest to £0.4 million, compared with £0.8 million in the corresponding period last year. Operating loss before exceptional costs and gains on disposal of assets was £0.8 million compared with an operating profit of £0.5 million in the prior year. Exceptional costs reduced from £1.2 million to £0.2 million, and the Company generated gains on disposal of assets of £1.2 million during the period. Reported operating loss was £1.0 million compared with £0.7 million in the first half of 2025. Loss before tax was £1.4 million, broadly in line with the previous year, whilst loss after taxation improved to £1.1 million from £1.4 million in the first half of 2025.

Second Tranche of Share Repurchase Programme

(LSE/AIM:KGF) Kingfisher plc announces the completion of the second tranche of its £300m share repurchase programme, originally announced on 24 March 2026, to purchase its shares for cancellation. Goldman Sachs International undertook the second tranche on Kingfisher's behalf, as announced on 16 July 2026, purchasing 16,124,103 shares for a total consideration of £50m. As a result of this tranche, Kingfisher has now returned £125m of the £300m share repurchase programme. Everyman Media Group — Interim Results

(AIM: EMAN) Everyman Media Group plc announced its unaudited interim results for the 26 weeks ended 02 July 2026, reporting revenue of £69.8m, up 23.5% from £56.5m in H1 2025. Admissions increased to 2.6m, a 20.5% rise from 2.2m, and market share grew to 6.4%, up 60 basis points from 5.8%. Adjusted EBITDA post-IFRS 16 rose 32.0% to £10.8m (H1 2025: £8.2m), while statutory EBITDA post-IFRS 16 was £12.6m (H1 2025: £7.5m), up 68.7%. Statutory profit before tax reached £1.9m, reversing a £3.4m loss in H1 2025, and includes a one-off £2.2m share-based payment credit. Net bank debt reduced to £17.4m from £24.2m, and gross debt was cut by £5.0m to £25.0m since year-end. Membership increased 13.4% to 75,788 (H1 2025: 66,814). Food and Beverage spend per head rose 3.0% to £11.41, and average ticket price increased 4.1% to £12.97. Five venues ranked in the top 20 nationally with growth of 40-50%. The company is investing in technology, CRM, and operational training, and is planning new venue openings at Lichfield, Elephant & Castle, and High Street Kensington in H2 2027, funded through free cash flow. Partnerships with brands such as Range Rover, Ella's Kitchen, Emirates, Diet Coke, and Rolex contributed to revenue growth. The Directors expect full-year performance to be marginally ahead of 2025, but retain caution due to the challenging economic environment and the significance of Q4 trading.
