Medaro Mining Announces Digital Marketing Services Extension Agreement

(CSE:MEDA) (FSE:1ZY) Medaro Mining Corp. has entered into an agreement with Senergy Communications Capital Inc. for a one-month digital marketing extension campaign. Senergy’s services will include digital, influencer and video marketing, native advertising in Germany, media program management and coordination, and reporting and analytics. Senergy is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The agreement is for an additional one month of services. Medaro Mining Corp. will pay CAD$75,000 plus GST to Senergy in connection with media and advertising budget. Senergy and its principal and Chief Executive Officer, Aleem Fidai, are at arm’s length to Medaro Mining Corp. and have advised they do not own any securities in the Company. Medaro Mining Corp. is focused on the acquisition and advancement of high-quality mineral projects in Ontario, Quebec and Sweden.

Spark Announces Digital Marketing Agreement Following Two Distinct Gallium/Rare Earth Discoveries at Arapaima

(CSE:SPRK) (FSE:8PC) Spark Energy Minerals Inc. is expanding its investor outreach following two previously announced gallium-rare earth discoveries 7-8 kilometres apart at its approximately 91,900-hectare Arapaima Project in Brazil's Lithium Valley. The company has signed a five-month digital marketing services agreement with X Media Inc. SEZC, effective from September 10, 2026 to February 10, 2027, to bring the exploration progress at Cruzeta and Boa Vista to a broader audience. Spark has reported gallium and rare earth mineralization in all 33 RC drill holes disclosed to date across Cruzeta and Boa Vista. The company has completed 42 RC holes across Arapaima, with results from the remaining nine holes yet to be reported. In its August 27, 2026 news release, Spark reported a project-record individual gallium assay of 114.3 g/t gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃) over 2 metres from surface in hole ARA-RC-007 at Boa Vista. All five maiden Boa Vista holes returned gallium mineralization from surface and rare earth mineralization below. Under the agreement, X Media will provide digital marketing and investor awareness services, including article publication and distribution, investor email and SMS outreach, landing-page development, and paid digital advertising through investor communities, social media and search retargeting. The company has agreed to pay X Media US$300,000, payable as US$100,000 upon execution followed by four monthly payments of US$50,000. No shares, stock options or other securities will be issued as compensation. X Media is an arm's length party to the company and has no prior relationship with Spark other than this agreement.

Option Agreement for Prospecting Licence Portfolio

(LSE:MARU) Marula Mining PLC announced it has entered into a binding exclusivity, option and transaction term sheet with Rio Ashanti Limited, Pangani Minerals Limited and Mythos Metals Limited to acquire a 95% economic interest in a portfolio of nine prospecting licences in Tanzania, covering 170km² and contiguous to the Kinusi Copper Mine. The term sheet grants Marula an exclusive 45-day option period to complete due diligence and negotiate definitive transaction documentation. Marula has paid a non-refundable option fee of US$100,000, which will be credited against the US$800,000 payable upfront if the option is exercised and the transaction completed, leaving US$700,000 payable at completion. A further US$1.2 million will be payable in two equal instalments of US$600,000, due 12 months and 18 months after completion, with these payments potentially settled through the issue of 20,000,000 new ordinary shares in Marula at the Vendors' election, subject to conditions. The Vendors will retain a 5% fully free-carried economic interest in the Project, with Marula able to acquire this retained interest at any time for US$500,000 in cash. The Company does not currently have sufficient cash resources to fund the consideration payable on completion and will be required to secure additional funding prior to completion of the proposed acquisition. The Project licences are held through Rio Ashanti Limited, Pangani Minerals Limited and Mythos Metals Limited and include all related geological information, technical data and associated rights. Completion of the proposed acquisition remains subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence, exercise of the option, and negotiation and execution of definitive transaction documentation.

Amendment to Investment Agreement with RiverFort

(LSE:MARU) Marula Mining PLC announces a further amendment to its secured investment agreement (the "Bridge Agreement") with RiverFort Global Opportunities PCC Ltd, as previously announced on 6 November 2025. The amendment extends the maturity date of the first advance by three months to 5 October 2026. The Company confirms that a repayment of US$100,000 has been completed. Following this repayment and additional agreed fees and costs, the principal outstanding fee amounts to approximately US$740,000. The amendment also provides for RiverFort to receive additional warrants, calculated by reference to 15% of the restated principal amount, on the same terms as the existing warrant instrument. RiverFort continues to hold a fixed and floating charge over all the current and future assets of the Company until such time as the loan under the Bridge Agreement is repaid. The Company confirms that no default or default interest arises as a result of this extension. The existing guarantors have confirmed that their obligations remain in force and apply to the agreement as amended. The Company continues to carefully manage its constrained working capital position.

Pre-Close Trading Update

Total Graphite Plc — Montepuez Feasibility Study Update

(LSE:TGR) Total Graphite plc has appointed Lycopodium Minerals Africa (Pty) Limited to review and update the feasibility work on its Montepuez Graphite Project in Mozambique, which is permitted for production of up to 100,000 tpa of graphite concentrate. The review will use the modular development route set out in the October 2017 Value Engineering Study as the base case, rather than the single-stage 100,000 tpa configuration of the February 2017 DFS. The VES Stage 1 targets approximately 50,000 tpa of 96.7% total graphitic carbon concentrate for pre-production capex of US$42.3 million, operating costs of US$337/t, and payback of under two years. VES Stage 2 adds a further approximately 49,000 tpa for incremental capex of only approximately US$27 million, taking capacity to approximately 100,000 tpa for total capex of approximately US$69 million and reducing operating costs to below US$310/t. The February 2017 DFS contemplated a single-stage 100,000 tpa operation requiring US$126 million of pre-production capital, returning an NPV (10% discount rate) of US$146 million, an IRR of 21.4%, and payback of 4.75 years over a 30-year mine life. Montepuez Mineral Resources are 110.5 million tonnes at 8.2% TGC for 9.1 million tonnes of contained graphite. The Company holds two projects in Mozambique, Montepuez and Balama Central, with combined contained graphite of over 13 million tons at an average grade above 8% TGC. The latest mineral resource statement as at 30 September 2025 reports Elephant (Montepuez) total resources of 68.8 Mt at 7.5% TGC for 5,150 kt contained graphite, Buffalo (Montepuez) total resources of 41.7 Mt at 9.5% TGC for 3,950 kt contained graphite, and Balama Central total resources of 57.9 Mt at 7.9% TGC for 4,560 kt contained graphite. Approximately 60% of detailed design engineering has been completed, with early site works including a 100-person base camp, mobile crusher, power generation units, and ancillary infrastructure. Initial results from Lycopodium's review are targeted for November 2026, with the intention to proceed into a second phase updating the study for the chosen process route ahead of seeking project finance to recommence construction in 2027.

Greenroc Strategic Materials Plc — Amitsoq Drilling Update

(AIM:GROC) GreenRoc Strategic Materials Plc announced preliminary results from Phase III drilling at the Amitsoq Graphite project in South Greenland, with seven holes completed from two drill pads targeting the northern extension of the graphite orebodies. Drill hole AM_DD_043 intersected the Lower Graphite Layer (LGL) from 137.30-162.48 m with an estimated true thickness of 21.4 m, while AM_DD_044 intersected the LGL from 118.30-123.32 m with an estimated true thickness of 3.0 m. AM_DD_046 intersected the LGL from 161.28-165.44 m with a preliminary estimated true thickness of 2.5 m, and AM_DD_047 intersected the LGL from 182.08-204.94 m with a preliminary estimated true thickness of 13.1 m. These results have extended known graphite mineralisation at Amitsoq by approximately 100-150 m to the north of previous resource drilling. The majority of the planned drilling programme is complete, with remaining holes to be drilled from early October 2026. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, announced a €200 million Global Gateway Partnership Package for Greenland for 2026/27, referencing Amitsoq as a "very important project in the field of the critical raw materials". GreenRoc management will attend Fastmarkets Europe 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, from 15 to 17 September 2026, and CEO Stefan Bernstein will hold a webinar on 25 September 2026 at 11 a.m. GMT / 12 p.m. CET. Sampling for geochemical assay and geotechnical laboratory testing is ongoing, and hydrogeological investigations have been completed in vertical holes AM_DD_039 and AM_DD_043. The Prefeasibility Study is expected to start by the end of 2026. The Amitsoq Project has a combined Measured, Indicated and Inferred JORC Resource of 23.05 million tonnes at an average grade of 20.41% graphite, sufficient to sustain more than 20 years of mining. GreenRoc received an Exploitation Licence from the Government of Greenland in December 2025, valid for 30 years. In October 2025, GreenRoc signed a binding secured loan facility for EUR 5.2 million from the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), and in December 2025, was awarded up to DKK 10,448,826 (c. £1.2m) by the Energy Technology Development and Demonstration Programme (EUDP). The Amitsoq Project was designated a Strategic Project by the EU in June 2025.

Issia Project - Tantalum Resource Programme Update

(AIM: SWT) Switch Metals plc has provided an update on its Issia Project Tantalum Resource Programme in Côte d'Ivoire, reporting completion of a pitting programme across approximately 2.5 km² of the Badinikro permit area on a 100m x 100m grid, representing the MRE-1 target area. Preliminary on-site XRF analyser screening results confirm large envelopes of coltan mineralisation within the MRE-1 target area, with a surface footprint covering 1.35 km², or 54% of this first target area. The highest-grade zones, with +10 g/t coltan grades in soils, overlay pegmatite outcrops. Infill pitting at 50m x 50m and 25m x 25m spacing is planned to further define the resource model and support robust JORC-compliant categorisation. Priority samples have been submitted to an independent laboratory for assay, and results are being progressed. The MRE-2 pitting and sampling programme has also been completed on an additional 1.3 km², complementing MRE-1 for a combined 3.8 km², with work set to progress across approximately 7 km² of adjacent alluvial drainage basin targets. The company continues to advance its hard-rock exploration programme at Zraty and Kabore, with RC drilling results for these pegmatites expected in the near term. Switch Metals is also assessing the potential to incorporate expanded datasets from shallow tantalum programmes and hard-rock drilling into an updated Exploration Target and broader resource model for Issia.

The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Fábrica da Igreja da Freguesia de Boticas, marking the seventh partnership agreement with local entities this year. Recent milestones include the publication of the Definitive Feasibility Study for Phase 1 of the Barroso Lithium Project and the initial 20Mt JORC Reserve Statement, as well as land access and benefit sharing agreements with two local communities, granting access to a further 150 hectares. Two rigs are currently operating on site, with a third and fourth rig expected to arrive soon to accelerate the geotechnical programme, which is expected to take approximately 4 weeks to complete. Data from the drilling will inform the geotechnical study and final detailed engineering designs for key infrastructure.
