Launch of Share Buyback

(AIM: SLP) Sylvania Platinum Limited announced the launch of an on-market Share Buyback Programme to purchase Ordinary US$0.01 Shares of the Company's issued share capital, up to a maximum consideration of US$1.5 million. The purpose of the Share Buyback is to return capital back to shareholders, as announced in the Full Year Financial Results. Panmure Liberum Limited has been instructed to execute the Share Buyback, with irrevocable appointment to purchase shares with absolute discretion during any closed period. The Share Buyback will be carried out under the terms and authority of the Company's Bye Laws, and all Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury. Strategic Update

(AIM: KRPZ) Kropz Plc has commenced an urgent operational review and restructuring process at Kropz Elandsfontein (Pty) Ltd due to significant financial pressure on operations, predominantly arising from the continued Middle East conflict. The disruption to key fertilizer inputs has adversely affected global fertilizer production and demand for phosphate rock, resulting in downward pressure on sales prices, while increases in fuel, chemical, and freight costs have significantly affected operating costs at Elandsfontein. Over the past five months, Elandsfontein produced 150,246 tonnes of Phosrock with sales of 149,907 tonnes, but has continued to not achieve operational profitability. As a result, there will be a reduction of revenue generated from Phosrock, with future revenue expected to be generated primarily from the sale of existing stock on hand and no further Phosrock production currently planned. The business will instead focus on the development and growth of the Nanophos market, with sales volumes expected to be lower than historical Phosrock volumes, but intended to establish a more sustainable operating model with a lower cost base. Management intends to increase its focus on Nanophos market development, and revenue is expected to gain greater momentum over the coming months, subject to normal seasonality and the successful growth of the Nanophos customer base and market. Subject to board approval, Phosrock operations will re-start once market conditions have normalised. The company believes that Nanophos has the prospect to be a significant contributor to the phosphate market in South Africa and provide a much needed solution to the needs of South African farming communities. The management team is committed to developing this prospect and will provide the necessary notices in terms of the MPRDA to the Minister of the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy.

Uru Metals Ltd Di — Zeb Nickel Project 3D Modelling

Drilling in the southeastern area has intersected grades of up to approximately 6 g/t 3PGE+Au. The geological setting and style of Zone 2 mineralisation are consistent with the broader Northern Limb Ni-Cu-PGE mineralising system represented by Ivanhoe Mines' Platreef Mine and Valterra Platinum's Mogalakwena Mining Complex. The higher-grade mineralisation lies close to the interpreted chonolith and conduit system between the Uitloop I and Uitloop II ultramafic bodies. Future drilling will initially focus on the better-developed higher-grade areas in the southeast, with the aim of generating sufficient drilling to support a maiden mineral resource for Zone 2. Ground FDEM Target 1 remains a separate high-priority drill target for semi-massive to massive sulphides within the interpreted chonolith system.

Appointment of Geological Modelling Consultants
