(LSE/AIM:BKG) The Berkeley Group Holdings plc announced the appointment of Kate Tinsley OBE as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 November 2026. Kate Tinsley will also become a member of the Remuneration Committee. Kate Tinsley has been Chief Executive Officer of MKM Building Supplies since September 2020. She qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloitte and has held senior management roles at Grafton Group and Saint-Gobain. Kate Tinsley has served as a Non-Executive Director of The Football Association since 2017 and is currently Senior Independent Director. She has served on the Nomination, Remuneration, Audit & Risk and Commercial Committees and led the appointment process for a new FA Chair. Kate Tinsley is due to step down from the FA Board in October 2026. Rob Perrins, Executive Chair, stated that Kate brings extensive supply chain, private equity and industry experience, coupled with significant governance expertise, and will be a great addition to the Board.

Supermarket Income Reit — Acquisition of six new assets

(LSE: SUPR, JSE: SRI) Supermarket Income REIT plc has acquired six high quality grocery assets for £104 million. This follows the 15 July 2026 announcement that the Company exchanged contracts to acquire a portfolio of three supermarkets for £118 million. The proceeds from the £100 million equity raise in July 2026 have now been fully deployed, at an average net initial yield of 6.6% and a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of 10 years. The new assets include a 74,000 sq. ft. Sainsbury's supermarket in Macclesfield with a triple-net unexpired lease term of 13 years, annual RPI-linked rent reviews (4% cap, 2% floor), and rent of £37 per sq. ft.; an 80,000 sq. ft. Morrisons in Leeds with a triple-net unexpired lease term of 13 years, five-yearly RPI-linked rent reviews (4% cap, 0% floor), and rent of £21 per sq. ft.; a fully let 50,000 sq. ft. M&S anchored retail park in Nottinghamshire with a weighted average unexpired lease term of five years, five-yearly open market rent reviews, and rent of £18 per sq. ft.; a 4,000 sq. ft. Co-op foodstore in Birmingham with a triple-net unexpired lease term of eight years, five-yearly RPI-linked rent reviews (4% cap, 1% floor), and rent of £20 per sq. ft.; a 10,000 sq. ft. M&S scheme in Glasgow with a triple-net unexpired lease term of six years, five-yearly open market rent reviews, and rent of £20 per sq. ft.; and a 67,000 sq. ft. Sainsbury's grocery distribution centre in Avonmouth with a triple-net unexpired lease term of 14 years, five-yearly open market rent reviews, and potential to capture reversion. The portfolio was valued at £2.1 billion as at 31 December 2025. Rob Abraham, CEO of Supermarket Income REIT, stated that these acquisitions mark the completion of the deployment of the proceeds of the £100 million equity raise in July and represent further progress in the strategy to diversify the portfolio, adding grocery distribution and additional exposure to grocery-anchored retail to the core UK foodstores.

Employee Benefit Trust (“EBT”)

(LSE/AIM:DLN) Derwent London plc announced that 5,253 £0.05p ordinary shares, including dividend equivalents, were released from the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) in respect to the vesting of Damian Wisniewski's 2019 Performance Share Plan Award under the Derwent London Performance Share Plan 2014. The EBT holds ordinary shares for the benefit of the Group's employees, and these shares will be used to satisfy awards granted to employees including to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs). Following this transaction, the EBT now holds 35,609 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the Group's issued share capital. The Group's total issued share capital as at 9 September 2026 is 109,748,146.

Home Reit — Completion of property sales and Company update

(LSE:HOME) Home REIT plc announced the completion of sales of the final four properties in its portfolio, generating gross proceeds of £809,777. The Company previously disposed of 706 properties to Patron Capital in April 2026. Gross proceeds from auctions of the residual portfolio of 144 properties totalled £16,141,000, compared to their valuation as at August 2025 of £17,350,000. Following these sales, the boards of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries—Home Holdings 1 Limited, Home Holdings 2 Limited, Home Holdings 3 Limited, and Home Holdings 4 Limited—have approved and issued a statement of affairs and report to creditors. The Company anticipates passing a written resolution to appoint liquidators over the subsidiaries on or before 16 September 2026. The Board considers the proposed subsidiary liquidations a necessary step to allow the Company to advance and finalise planning for any subsequent return of capital to shareholders, as previously announced on 1 April 2026. The Company has indicated that its ability to make distributions to shareholders continues to be constrained while it faces potential group litigation or other claims. The Company is working intensively with its advisors in relation to these matters and expects to update shareholders further following commencement of the subsidiary liquidations. Michael O'Donnell, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, stated that the completion of all property sales allows the Company to commence the process of liquidating subsidiaries, moving it closer to returning any capital to shareholders.

(LSE/AIM:0AC3) VIB Vermögen AG has signed a long-term lease agreement for the last available plot of land at its GreenBiz Park development project in Erding, Germany. In July, lease agreements were concluded for 6,600 m² of office space with a well-known IT service provider, a 5,500 m² lease with an upmarket hotel operator, and an industrial unit lease covering 11,000 m². Another hotel operator has now been secured for the site with a 2,960 m² lease. Construction is scheduled to begin on all four projects in the first quarter of 2027, with the commercial hall due for completion by the end of 2027 and the other three buildings by mid-2028. The GreenBiz Park project is being developed on a 215,000-square-metre site, with three further buildings for office and hotel use being constructed across a total of five building plots, alongside four industrial units. Three industrial units with a total floor area of 55,400 m² have already been let and completed. The first commercial property at GreenBiz Park was completed in December 2024. With the latest deal, the project has achieved a 100 per cent letting rate. VIB is aiming for all buildings in GreenBiz Park to be certified to the Gold Standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). GreenBiz Park is located in the west of Erding, with access to various motorways and is approximately a 15-minute drive from Munich Airport.

Alternative Income Reit — Acceptances Update - Offer extended by one week

(NASDAQ:AIRE) Glenstone REIT PLC has extended its increased final cash offer for Alternative Income REIT PLC ("AIRE") by one week, with the new Unconditional Date set for Friday 11 September 2026 at 1.00 p.m. As of 1.00 p.m. on 4 September 2026, Glenstone may count 40,167,638 AIRE Shares, representing approximately 49.89 per cent. of AIRE's existing issued ordinary share capital, towards satisfaction of its 50 per cent. Acceptance Condition. Valid acceptances of the Offer had been received in respect of 17,917,738 AIRE Shares, representing 22.25 per cent. of AIRE's existing issued ordinary share capital. Glenstone has received commitments and indications of support for the Acquisition from AIRE Shareholders in respect of 6,423,000 AIRE Shares, which represent approximately 7.97 per cent. of AIRE's issued ordinary share capital. Glenstone has received valid acceptances in respect of all 1,900,000 AIRE Shares subject to the irrevocable undertaking from Adam Smith and all 4,523,000 AIRE Shares subject to the Hawksmoor Letter of Intent. Glenstone REIT plc owns 22,249,900 AIRE Shares, representing 27.63% of AIRE's issued ordinary share capital. The increased final cash offer is at 71.4 pence in cash for each AIRE Share, as announced on 6 July 2026. AIRE declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.4 pence per AIRE Share in respect of the three months ended 30 June 2026, and shareholders on the record date are entitled to receive and retain this dividend in full. The Offer remains open to acceptances until 1.00 p.m. on Friday 11 September 2026. The financial terms of the Offer are final and will not be increased except if a third party announces a firm intention to make an offer for AIRE under Rule 2.7 of the Code.

Alternative Income Reit — Extension of Glenstone Offer Timetable

(NASDAQ:AIRE) Alternative Income REIT plc announced that, as at 6.00 p.m. on 3 September 2026, Glenstone REIT plc may count 36,948,031 AIRE Shares, representing approximately 45.89 per cent. of AIRE's issued ordinary share capital, towards satisfaction of its acceptance condition for its unsolicited final cash offer of 70.0 pence in cash for each AIRE Share. Following a request from Glenstone and being informed that acceptances received had taken Glenstone very close to satisfying the acceptance condition, the AIRE Board consented to an extension of Day 60 of the offer timetable under Rule 31.3 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers has consented to this request. The latest time and date by which acceptances of the Glenstone Offer may be received has been extended from 1.00 p.m. today to 1.00 p.m. on Friday, 11 September 2026. The extension does not reflect any change in the AIRE Board's view that the Glenstone Offer materially undervalues AIRE, or its unanimous recommendation that AIRE Shareholders should not accept it. Londonmetric Property — Changes in FTSE UK Index Series

Trading Statement

(LSE/AIM:93LF) Home Group Limited reported a surplus before tax of £38.4 million for the year ended 31 March 2026, representing a £3.6 million improvement on the previous year and exceeding its target. The company delivered 1,066 new homes during the year, including 818 affordable homes. Home Group invested £173 million to improve and maintain its existing customers' homes, which included finalising the Social Housing Decarbonisation Wave 2 project and commencing the Warm Homes Fund project. Overall customer satisfaction (TSM) reached 72.9%, up from 68.2% in the previous year. The company has focused on strengthening customer engagement through a national customer committee and remains committed to making improvements based on customer feedback. GPE completes pre-let 30 Duke Street St James's

(LSE:GPE) Great Portland Estates plc has completed 30 Duke Street St James's, SW1, its prime St James's development, on time and on budget, with all office and retail space pre let ahead of completion. Global investment firm CD&R committed to its new office headquarters in May 2025, more than a year ahead of completion. The scheme's two prime retail units have also been pre let to Australian menswear brand M.J. Bale and restaurant group L'Eto. The successful leasing campaign secured average rents 6.7% ahead of ERV. The project supports an anticipated development profit on cost of 37.1% and an ungeared IRR of 30.5%. The development offers more than 3,700 sq ft of roof terraces. 78% of its steel frame was sourced from recovered steel, primarily from GPE's deconstructed City Place House. This approach reduced the carbon associated with the steel frame by around 90% compared with using entirely new steel. The scheme is believed to be the UK's largest office steel reuse scheme. The project was designed by Make Architects and delivered in line with the principles of the circular economy.

Londonmetric Property — £105 MILLION OF FURTHER INVESTMENT ACTIVITY

(LSE:LMP) LondonMetric Property Plc announces £105 million of further investment activity since its trading update in July. The Company has sold seven assets for £85 million, reflecting a net initial yield (NIY) of 5.3% and in line with March 2026 book values. The assets sold include two Ramsay Health Care hospitals in Truro and Salford let for a further 11 years and sold in a single transaction for £59.1 million, two logistics warehouses in Ripon and Normanton let for a further six years (three years to first break) and sold for £13.0 million, a Lidl store in Basildon let for a further 17 years and sold for £8.8 million, and two Travelodge hotels in Chippenham sold for £4.1 million. Completion of the Ramsay hospitals sale is expected shortly, reducing LondonMetric's ownership of Ramsay hospitals from 11 to nine and its rental exposure to Ramsay to 8.4% of total rent (31 March 2026: 9.1%). Seventeen Travelodge hotels have now been sold in this financial year, with rental exposure to Travelodge falling to 4.1% of total rent (31 March 2026: 4.9%). Including these sales, LondonMetric has sold 32 assets for £175 million in this financial year. Acquisitions in the year total £62 million, reflecting a yield of 5.9%, and include a recently signed £20 million forward funding of a 50,000 sq ft foodstore in Nuneaton, pre-let to Tesco on a 20-year lease. LondonMetric is under offer on £140 million of additional acquisitions at a yield in excess of 6%, primarily comprising long-let assets with occupiers including Lidl, M&S, Tesco and Waitrose. Chief Executive Andrew Jones stated that the activity has helped reduce Ramsay exposure and further improve NNN income quality, longevity and granularity.

Eureka Group Holdings Expands NSW Portfolio With Six-Community Acquisition

(ASX:EGH) Eureka Group will acquire six NSW lifestyle communities from Ingenia for $123,800,000. The acquisition will be financed by an $80,200,000 equity raise. Eureka Group has lifted its FY2027 EPS guidance to at least 4.2c.
