(NASDAQ:CYN) CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income PLC has sold from treasury a total of 110,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 429.21 pence per share. Following this transaction, the resultant number of Ordinary shares held by the Company in treasury is 7,046,212. The total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue, including shares held in treasury, is 46,354,450. The total number of voting rights in the Company following the re-issue is 39,308,238. The figure of 39,308,238 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Sthree — Rejection of possible offer from Circle8

(LSE:STEM) SThree plc announced the rejection of a possible all cash offer from Circle8 Group Inc. for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of SThree. The Board of SThree, after careful review with its advisers, unanimously concluded that the proposal significantly undervalues SThree and its future prospects and is not in the best interests of SThree's shareholders. The SThree Board unanimously and unequivocally rejected the proposal on 11 September 2026. The Board remains confident in the long-term growth prospects for the business and will publish a Q3 trading update on 22 September 2026. In accordance with Rule 2.6(a) of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Circle8 is required, by not later than 5.00 p.m. on 7 October 2026, to either announce a firm intention to make an offer for the Company or announce that it does not intend to make an offer. This deadline can be extended with the consent of the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code. TRADING STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

(LSE:TRN) Trainline plc reported a robust first half performance for the six months ended 31 August 2026, with Group net ticket sales at £3,263 million, flat year-on-year, and Group Underlying Revenue at £233 million, down 1% year-on-year. UK Consumer net ticket sales were £2,136 million, supported by strong underlying rail demand and a lower level of ticket refunds following a change in the industry refund policy in April 2026, but offset by the regulated fare freeze, disruptions from hot weather and TfL strikes, and ongoing headwinds from UK Train Operating Companies self-preferencing and the expansion of Project Oval. UK Consumer Underlying Revenue was £102 million, down 5% year-on-year, primarily due to the refund policy change and a previously announced commission rate reduction, partly offset by strong growth in ancillary revenues such as insurance and advertising. International Consumer net ticket sales were £579 million, down 4% year-on-year, impacted by rail accidents in Spain, geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, strikes, heat-related disruptions, and a more focused marketing investment approach. France's South-East network delivered strong double-digit growth, and Trainline remains the number one recommended rail aggregator in Google AI across most core markets. International Consumer Underlying Revenue increased 1% year-on-year to £34 million, driven by ancillary revenues. Trainline Solutions net ticket sales increased 3% year-on-year to £548 million, with International B2B up 45% year-on-year, offset by the roll-off of white label contracts with CrossCountry and ScotRail. Trainline Solutions Underlying Revenue increased 3% year-on-year to £97 million. The Group's Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of net ticket sales for H1 FY2027 is expected to be slightly ahead of the FY2027 full year guidance of approximately 2.9%. Trainline reconfirmed its FY2027 guidance for Group net ticket sales of between £6,200 million and £6,450 million, Group Underlying Revenue of between £440 million and £455 million, and Adjusted EBITDA as a percentage of net ticket sales at approximately 2.9%, with International Consumer expected to breakeven this year. The company announced a new share buyback programme of up to £100 million, commencing after the completion of the current programme, which is expected to complete on 11 September 2026. Since September 2023, Trainline has repurchased and cancelled £350 million of ordinary shares, representing approximately 28% of issued share capital. The company will publish its half-year results on 4 November 2026 at 07:00am (UK time), followed by an analyst presentation at 8:30am (UK time). Trainline is proactively engaged with the CMA regarding its ongoing investigation into the presentation of certain UK fees.

Wardogs passes one million copies sold

(LSE/AIM:EVPL) Everplay Group plc announced that Wardogs, the 100-player tactical first-person shooter game developed by Bulkhead and published by Team17, has exceeded one million copies sold in day one after launching into Steam Early Access, also reaching over 340,000 concurrent players on Steam. Wardogs was released on Thursday, 10 September 2026. Everplay has a strategic partnership with Bulkhead via its stake in Super Media Group. This squeeze-out under German Stock Corporation Law will be resolved at a general meeting yet to be convened, in accordance with Sections 327a et seqq. German Stock Corporation Act. Rumble Deutschland AG has informed Northern Data AG that it will determine the amount of the adequate cash compensation per no-par value bearer share of Northern Data on the basis of a company valuation yet to be completed and will notify Northern Data of this separately in a formal squeeze-out request. Rumble Deutschland AG stated that it will hold approximately 98.03% of Northern Data’s shares on or around September 30, 2026, pursuant to contractual agreements, and will thus become Northern Data’s principal shareholder (Hauptaktionär) within the meaning of Section 327a (1) of the German Stock Corporation Act. The effectiveness of the squeeze-out is still subject to a resolution by the shareholders’ meeting of Northern Data and the registration of the transfer resolution in the commercial register at the registered seat of Northern Data. Upon entry of the transfer resolution in the commercial register of Northern Data, all shares held by minority shareholders will be transferred to the principal shareholder against payment of the determined cash compensation.

The CO platform provides operational teams with real-time site and asset intelligence, combining AI assistance, 3D digital twins, video analytics, predictive maintenance, and resilient hybrid connectivity to improve visibility, reduce downtime, and maintain mission-critical operations in challenging environments. The platform supports both on-premises deployments with local IT infrastructure and cloud deployments via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Nokia’s Cognitive Edge Node (CEN), a rugged network and edge compute platform with embedded on-device GPU-accelerated computing, increases intelligence in field-deployed vehicles and remote locations. Nokia has collaborated with Rajant to integrate Rajant’s InstaMesh® technology directly into the Cognitive Edge Node, enhancing wireless network resilience. (LSE/AIM:SGE) Sage has published the latest edition of its SME Performance Pulse, revealing that East Midlands SMEs recorded profit growth of 18.8% in the year to Q2 2026, more than three times the national average of 5.3%. Derby ranked first among UK cities for revenue growth over the past two years, up by 39.1%, and has held the top spot for four consecutive quarters, supported by £10 million of government investment in the city’s growth. The West Midlands recorded the second-highest profit growth in the country at 12.8%. Lincoln placed third nationally for revenue growth, giving the East Midlands two of the UK's three fastest-growing urban areas. Across the UK, Sage’s data shows that real estate recorded the strongest revenue growth of any sector in Q2 2026 at 12.4%, followed by agriculture at 8.4%. Manufacturing contributes around £17 billion annually to the East Midlands economy and supports more than 300,000 jobs. The Sage SME Performance Pulse draws on anonymised accounting data from nearly 150,000 SMEs. The UK economy grew by 1.2% year-on-year in Q2 2026, more than double the 0.6% growth in Q1 2026. Real revenues for small businesses rose by 1.6% annually in Q2 2026, down from 3.2% in the previous quarter. Research by Enterprise Nation finds that 83% of AI adopters in the East Midlands increased their use of AI over the past year, while just one in five of the UK's 5.7 million small businesses use AI regularly. The North East saw average small business revenues rise 1.5% and real-terms profits increase by 4.3%.

MOI with SkyIO Inc

(LSE/AIM:INT) IntelliAM AI plc has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SkyIO Inc, a South Carolina-based provider of full spectrum industrial automation and integration capabilities. SkyIO will act as IntelliAM's agent and integrator in the US industrial automation market, identifying, introducing, and supporting customers for IntelliAM 53, Decipher, and related IntelliAM offerings. The relationship is already showing traction, with SkyIO proposing to provide local customer engagement, implementation, and support services for an identified commercial opportunity. Tom Clayton, Chief Executive Officer of IntelliAM, stated that this agreement is an important step in the company's strategy to build its presence and customer base in the North American market. SkyIO already licenses and partners with many of the systems providers IntelliAM uses as enablers, allowing data to be brought into the landing zone within the IntelliAM cloud environment in a consistent and unified way. It is expected that following the MoU and initial collaborations arising from SkyIO's customer base, the parties will work together to develop a broader partnership agreement.

2026 Half Year Results

(LSE:PTEC) Playtech plc reported exceptional H1 2026 results, with Adjusted EBITDA of €162.5 million, up 77% year-on-year and significantly ahead of analyst expectations prior to the 9 July trading update. Adjusted EBITDA margin from operations increased to 30% (H1 2025: 19%), and Group Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded to 38% (H1 2025: 24%). Revenue rose 10% to €425.1 million, while post-tax profit from continuing operations reached €95.0 million, a 472% increase. Free Cash Flow generation was €101.0 million, leading to a Group net cash position of €39.2 million after a €25 million share buyback; since September 2025, the company has repurchased 10% of issued share capital for circa €100 million. B2B revenues increased 14% to €394.8 million, with underlying B2B revenue from regulated markets up 21% and B2B revenue from regulated markets representing 83% of the total. Revenue from the US and Canada increased 161% YoY, driven by Games powered by Past Motor Racing with Hard Rock Bet in Florida, and Latin America revenues grew 29% YoY, led by Mexico and Colombia. B2B revenue from Europe (excluding the UK) grew 2% YoY, while UK B2B revenue declined 8% due to customer changes and increased remote gaming duty. Live revenue increased 8% YoY, SaaS revenue rose 20% YoY and now represents 17% of B2B revenue, and Playtech Protect adoption reached 41 brands across 16 jurisdictions. Adjusted investment income was €34.2 million, with net dividends from Caliente Interactive totaling €35.8 million and dividends from Hard Rock Digital totaling €4.4 million. The fair value of the equity investment in Hard Rock Digital increased to €246.7 million, over three times the initial investment. The company made a full provision against a guarantee of a loan to NorthStar of €28.9 million. Playtech is on track to deliver FY 2026 Adjusted EBITDA of more than €270 million, within the medium-term target range of €250-300 million, and to achieve Free Cash Flow of €70-100 million earlier than anticipated. FLASHFORGE LAUNCH CJ270 DESKTOP 3D PRINTER

Interim Results

(AIM: NXQ) Nexteq plc announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reporting group revenue of $26.7m, a 34% decrease from $40.7m in H1 2025, reflecting challenging macro conditions, customer mix, and usual H1 seasonality. Quixant revenue declined 53% to $12.8m, while Densitron revenue increased 1% to $13.9m, with Densitron achieving record margin performance. Group gross margin was 30.3%, down from 33.1% in H1 2025, impacted by the annualisation of Everi consolidation and significant increases in component pricing, partially offset by strong Densitron margins. Adjusted EBITDA was $(2.8)m, compared to $1.9m in H1 2025, and adjusted group loss before tax was $(4.0)m versus a $0.9m profit in H1 2025. Statutory group loss before tax was $(4.7)m, compared to a $0.8m profit in H1 2025. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were (7.60)c, and diluted earnings per share were (8.73)c. Net cash from operating activities was $(0.8)m, down from $4.1m, and net cash was $(1.4)m as at 30 June 2026, compared to $25.0m as at 31 December 2025. Overhead savings of $1.3m per annum were achieved through restructuring and cost-saving measures. The group returned $8.5m to shareholders in H1 via dividends and share buybacks and held a short-term $12m mortgage in Taiwan, expected to be reversed in H2, bringing a $15m increase in net cash. Quixant board sales volume reduced to 9.7k in H1 2026, down 56% from 21.9k in H1 2025. Order coverage was 83% at end August, supporting full-year forecast confidence. The Board decided not to proceed with the planned Taiwan office move and agreed to sell the property in October, expecting to realise a small profit. Nexteq is hosting an online investor presentation on 9 September 2026 at 10.00am BST. The current consensus forecasts for the year ended 31 December 2026 are $73.0m revenue, $2.8m adjusted EBITDA, and $0.0m adjusted profit before tax.

£0.8m of Further PFP Business Secured

(AIM: LST) Light Science Technologies Holdings plc announced that its Passive Fire Protection ("PFP") division has secured approximately £0.8 million of additional business since the Company's PFP Division trading update released on 24 June 2026. The additional business includes further orders and invoiced sales of the Group's Injectaclad cavity fire barrier system through its installer network, as well as two new contracts secured by the Company's in-house installation business, Injecta Fire Barrier. The two new installation projects are located in Birmingham and Leicester, with the Leicester project recently approved by the Building Safety Regulator. These projects add to installations in Hull and Liverpool, as referenced in the Company's announcement on 24 June 2026. The PFP division is now supplying or undertaking works across a broad range of buildings, including high-rise residential properties, hotels, schools, and social housing, at locations across the UK. The continued commercial progress follows the Company's PFP market update of 27 August 2026, which highlighted developments within the UK fire safety and building remediation market and the significant opportunity this represents for the Group. The Injectaclad system is a solution for the retrospective installation of cavity fire barriers in buildings using a pumped system, thereby avoiding the need for full-scale façade removal. The Company is involved in the design, manufacturing, and installation of products and customized solutions spanning various industry sectors, with divisions in Passive fire protection ("PFP"), contract electronics manufacturing ("CEM"), and AgTech ("AGT"). The Group is increasingly focused on high margin opportunities that will drive cash generation and is positioned for accelerated growth, targeting larger contracts and increasing recurring revenues.

Made Tech appointed to Met Office Framework

(AIM:MTEC) Made Tech Group PLC announced its selection as a supplier to three lots under the Met Office's new Delivery Partnerships Framework 2 (DPF2) following the completion of the standstill period and signing of the DPF2 framework agreement. DPF2 is a four-year framework intended to support the development and delivery of future technology solutions across the full lifecycle of Met Office products and services. Made Tech was successful in all three lots for which it tendered: Lot 1 - Data (£9 million, one of three suppliers), Lot 3 - Secure Services (£12 million, one of three suppliers), and Lot 4 - Applications (£47 million, one of five suppliers). At this stage, no contracts have been awarded to Made Tech under DPF2, and contract wins will be announced as appropriate. There is no guaranteed level of expenditure or revenue attributable to Made Tech, with individual programmes of work to be awarded over the framework's four-year term. The Group considers its selection as one of the suppliers to 'Lot 3 - Secure Services' to be of particular strategic importance, as it covers work requiring higher levels of security clearance, including Defence. Made Tech's appointment provides a route to compete for a broader range of higher-security government work and represents important progress in the Group's strategy to build its presence in the Defence sector. Rory MacDonald, CEO of Made Tech, highlighted the company's position as a long-standing strategic partner of the Met Office and referenced the recent National Weather App project, where Made Tech and the Met Office jointly won the National Technology Awards: Public Sector Project of Year Award 2026.
