GOFO Announces Real-Time Delivery Tracking Integration With Shopify

(LSE:0CXS) GOFO, a technology-driven last-mile delivery carrier, announced a new integration with Shopify that brings GOFO delivery visibility directly into the Shopify commerce experience for merchants and into the Shop app for consumers. Through this integration, GOFO functions as a tracking partner with Shopify, allowing delivery information to be incorporated into the Shopify order experience. GOFO tracking data will also be natively integrated into the consumer-facing Shop app, extending delivery visibility to shoppers during the post-purchase journey. Shopify merchants using GOFO will have access to shipment progress and delivery updates within Shopify alongside order information. This integration connects order management with last-mile delivery visibility, providing merchant teams with a clearer view of shipment progress after an order enters delivery. Operations and customer service teams will benefit from easier access to delivery information, supporting faster responses to order-status inquiries and improved visibility through final delivery. The integration also enables shoppers receiving GOFO-delivered orders to view delivery progress within the Shop app, creating a seamless experience from purchase confirmation through final delivery. By connecting both merchant and consumer sides of the delivery journey, the integration aims to create a more consistent post-purchase experience and make delivery information more accessible throughout the order lifecycle. Vincent Damato, Chief Sales Officer at GOFO, stated that the integration allows GOFO to extend reliability, flexibility, and cost efficiency to a broader range of merchants, supporting businesses of all sizes. The Shopify integration is part of GOFO's ongoing expansion of its technology and platform connectivity across the e-commerce ecosystem. GOFO operates across 47 states in the United States through more than 300 hubs and stations, covering over 12,000 ZIP codes and reaching more than 75% of the U.S. population. GOFO's service portfolio includes GOFO Parcel and GOFO Ground, which support fast parcel delivery, cost-effective nationwide coverage, and the handling of heavyweight or complex shipments. GOFO was founded in August 2023 in Los Angeles.
