Graphite Outcrops Across 25km of Strike

(LSE:BRES) Blencowe Resources Plc announced the completion of a second phase exploration programme over geophysical targets immediately north and south of its existing deposits at the Orom-Cross graphite project in northern Uganda. Graphite was found outcropping at surface across targets tested, along approximately 25 kilometres of strike, all within the Company's lease areas. Grab samples from three targets (GT-02b, GT-03b, and GT-04) returned high grade results above 20% Total Graphite Content (TGC). Seven geophysical targets identified in previous exploration programmes were tested through surface mapping and sampling. Several targets revealed extensive areas of surface outcrops similar to the current four deposits drilled by the Company. The mapping covered approximately 95% of the identified targets, with grab samples taken only from selected areas indicating high-grade potential. The results are initially supportive of the identified project potential for 2-3 billion tonnes of graphite mineralisation. The four deposits already drilled and carried through to Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) are Camp Lode, Northern Syncline, Iyan, and Beehive. The pink boundary on the project map represents the current Mining Licence, granted by the Ugandan Government for 21 years in 2019. The DFS published in December 2025 is built on an initial 15-year mine life drawn from the four drilled deposits. The JORC Measured, Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource is 64.3Mt at 6.03% TGC, and the Mineral Reserve is 23.08Mt at 5.18% TGC. Resources and Reserves are reported separately and should not be added together. The majority of GT-02b lies within the current Mining Licence, with a portion in the Company's exploration licences, while GT-03b and GT-04 lie fully within the exploration licences. The Company’s immediate focus remains securing Phase 1 project funding. Early-stage work on the wider targets will continue through a measured, staged approach. Blencowe is the exclusive natural flake graphite supplier to the EU-funded SAFELOOP programme, with anode composites containing more than 68% natural graphite. A non-binding offtake MOU with YUNASKO provides for an initial 500 tonnes per annum of purified medium flake graphite over the first five years of production. Apollo Energy Systems, AETC, and Blencowe are developing a laboratory prototype for 4HN military battery specifications, with a US pilot line targeting 100 cells per month. Successful Hypersonic Rocket Testing

(LSE: BRES) Blencowe Resources Plc announced the successful testing of Orom-Cross graphite products within advanced aerospace and defence applications. On 18 August 2026, a Pluto Aerospace solid-fuel rocket flight in Las Cruces, New Mexico, incorporating Orom-Cross graphite, achieved a maximum speed of Mach 5.5 and acceleration approaching 150G. Orom-Cross graphite was used in multiple critical components, including an advanced ablative rocket nozzle insert manufactured by American Energy Technologies Co (AETC), performance-enhancing anti-friction and ice-phobic coatings applied to the rocket's four aluminium fins, and in the lithium-ion battery powering the rocket's altimeter. The battery used 3.8 Ah pouch cells manufactured by Navitas Systems, incorporating natural graphite supplied by Blencowe and up to 15 wt.% recycled graphite produced through AETC's direct recycling process, with zero synthetic graphite. This represents the first known example in the North American battery industry of a fully functional form-factored battery incorporating industrially manufactured recycled graphite as a significant component of both the active material and cathode conductivity additive. The successful test further demonstrates the potential for Orom-Cross graphite to access specialist, high-value aerospace and defence markets. The initial testing programme is being undertaken with Pluto Aerospace for hypersonic sub-orbital rockets, with further orbital testing planned for Q4 2026. Blencowe provided graphite concentrates from Orom-Cross to AETC, which manufactured mouldings for rocket and missile exhaust nozzles replacing a proportion of the synthetic graphites normally used in these applications. The company continues to collaborate with US graphite technical specialist AETC to open further value-added applications for Orom-Cross graphite.

Further Battery Testing Success

(LSE: BRES) Blencowe Resources Plc announced further test results using Orom-Cross graphite, demonstrating superior performance across multiple battery technologies. Two leading US graphite specialists, Apollo Energy Systems Inc. and American Energy Technologies, together with Blencowe, are progressing a laboratory demonstration prototype designed to meet 4HN high-performance military battery specifications required by the US Defence Logistics Agency. Subject to successful completion of the prototype programme, the parties plan to establish a US pilot production line targeting 100 lead-acid cells per month. Waste product produced within the USPG beneficiation process using Orom-Cross graphite will be used as a performance enhancing additive within advanced lead-acid batteries manufactured by Apollo. The global lead acid battery market generated approximately 450 GWh of energy in 2021, equivalent to approximately 300 million batteries. An average battery contains around 0.5 kg of expander, including approximately 0.25 kg of graphite and carbon. Orom-Cross presents as a large, shallow open-pitable deposit, with a maiden JORC Indicated & Inferred Mineral Resource deposit of 64.03Mt @ 6.04% Total Graphite Content.

Site for Downstream Processing Operations

(LSE: BRES) Blencowe Resources Plc has selected a preferred site for future downstream operations associated with its Orom-Cross Graphite Project in Uganda, securing an option to purchase a 100-acre site located approximately 35km north of Gulu in Northern Uganda for a total purchase price of US$70,000. The option to purchase the site requires a 30% down payment and runs for an initial six-month period, with a further three-month extension available. The site provides direct access to a large modern electrical substation connected to Uganda's hydroelectric power network, including generation from the Karuma Falls Hydropower Station, and access to a permanent water source. Planned facilities at the site are intended to support spheronised graphite and expandable graphite product pathways, aligning with Blencowe's strategy to move up the value chain beyond graphite concentrate sales. The company is now progressing the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and infrastructure costings for the site. The downstream project is expected to include what the company believes would be the first spheronisation/purification plant and expandable graphite processing facilities of their kind in Africa. Beehive Final Assay Results
