PSEG ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

(NYSE:PEG) Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) reported third quarter 2026 net income of $376 million, or $0.76 per share, compared to $622 million, or $1.24 per share, in the third quarter of 2025. Non-GAAP Operating Earnings for the third quarter 2026 were $574 million, or $1.15 per share, versus $565 million, or $1.13 per share, in the prior year period. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, net income was $1,451 million, or $2.91 per share, compared to $1,796 million, or $3.59 per share, for the same period in 2025. Non-GAAP Operating Earnings for the nine months were $1,777 million, or $3.56 per share, up from $1,667 million, or $3.33 per share, in 2025. PSEG reaffirmed its 2026 non-GAAP Operating Earnings guidance of $4.28 to $4.40 per share. Average diluted shares outstanding were 499 million for both the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026. PSE&G segment net income/non-GAAP Operating Earnings for the third quarter 2026 were $506 million, compared to $515 million in 2025; year-to-date, PSE&G contributed $1,425 million in 2026 versus $1,393 million in 2025. PSEG Power & Other reported a net loss of $130 million for the third quarter 2026, compared to net income of $107 million in 2025; year-to-date, this segment had net income of $26 million in 2026 versus $403 million in 2025. PSEG Power & Other non-GAAP Operating Earnings were $68 million for the third quarter 2026 and $352 million year-to-date, compared to $50 million and $274 million, respectively, in 2025. PSEG supplied 8.2 TWh of carbon-free baseload energy from its nuclear fleet in the third quarter, operating at a 95.5% capacity factor. Salem unit #1 completed a 491-day breaker-to-breaker run before entering fall refueling, matching Salem unit #2's earlier performance. The company is executing a five-year capital investment plan totaling $24 billion to $28 billion, which management states can be funded without issuing new equity or selling assets. PSE&G's quarterly results were driven by ongoing investments in Energy Efficiency and Transmission, and a gradual increase in electric and gas customers, offset by higher depreciation, interest costs, and tax timing. PSEG Power & Other results reflected lower O&M costs due to the absence of the Hope Creek refueling outage, higher realized prices, increased nuclear generation, and higher taxes. Losses associated with Mark-to-Market accounting and the Nuclear Decommissioning Trust impacted PSEG Power & Other's net loss but are excluded from non-GAAP Operating Earnings. Ralph LaRossa, chair, president and CEO, stated that PSEG's operational and financial results align with expectations and highlighted the company's storm response and infrastructure investments. The company aims to grow non-GAAP Operating Earnings by a compound annual rate of 6% to 8% through 2030 while maintaining customer affordability and a solid financial position. Rail Orders

Petards Group PLC announces that the Rail business of its subsidiary, Petards Joyce-Loebl (PJL), has received orders worth £0.7 million. The orders include the provision of equipment, engineering services, and a three year SaaS contract to provide Petards eyeBoS on a further train fleet. The equipment is expected to be fully delivered during the second half of 2026, with first revenues for both the engineering services and eyeBoS also being made in that period. The engineering services are scheduled to be completed during 2027. PJL's principal facility in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, employs a highly skilled and experienced team of 45 engineers, technicians and support staff.

PSEG ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2026 RESULTS

(NYSE: PEG) Public Service Enterprise Group reported net income of $334 million, or $0.67 per share, for the second quarter of 2026, compared to $585 million, or $1.17 per share, in the second quarter of 2025. Non-GAAP Operating Earnings for the second quarter of 2026 were $425 million, or $0.86 per share, versus $384 million, or $0.77 per share, in the prior year period. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net income was $1,075 million, or $2.15 per share, compared to $1,174 million, or $2.35 per share, in 2025. Non-GAAP Operating Earnings for the first half of 2026 were $1,203 million, or $2.41 per share, up from $1,102 million, or $2.20 per share, in 2025. PSEG reaffirmed its 2026 non-GAAP Operating Earnings guidance of $4.28 to $4.40 per share and its five-year non-GAAP Operating Earnings growth outlook of 6% to 8% through 2030. The company reported a five-year capital investment program of $24 billion to $28 billion, with no need to issue new equity or sell assets. PSEG Nuclear supplied 7.8 TWh of carbon-free, 24 by 7 baseload generation in the quarter, achieving a capacity factor of 92.0%.

QRO Contract Wins

Petards Group PLC announces that its subsidiary, QRO Solutions (QRO), has received purchase orders totalling £0.5 million for the provision of ANPR equipment and support. The first order, for £0.4 million, is from an existing police force customer in the north of England and is the first to be received under a previously announced four year framework contract. This order includes the supply, installation and maintenance of NASBox roadside ANPR systems and the supply of in-car Harrier Mini ANPR cameras. The second order, worth £0.1 million, is for a new overseas customer and will form part of the Government of Gibraltar's recently announced enhanced border security measures. Both orders are scheduled to be delivered during the current financial year. Raschid Abdullah, Chairman of Petards Group plc, stated that these new contracts demonstrate the confidence that existing and new customers have in the ability of QRO's technologies to meet the exacting standards required for their high profile security and surveillance applications. QRO Solutions' customers include the Home Office, police forces, local councils and MoD Police.

Rail and Defence Orders

(NYSE:PEG) Petards Group PLC announced that its subsidiary, Petards Joyce-Loebl (PJL), has received orders worth over £0.9 million for its Rail and Defence systems. In Rail, PJL has received an award of over £0.5 million for eyeTrain systems for customer retrofit to its train fleet. In Defence, PJL has secured an order for £0.4 million from a UK prime defence contractor for the supply of Petards proprietary safety equipment for use in military aerospace applications. First deliveries for the Rail order are scheduled to be made later this year, and the project is expected to be completed during 2027. Delivery of the Defence order is scheduled to be completed during 2026. PJL's principal facility in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, employs a team of 45 engineers, technicians and support staff. Petards Rail supports its customers with in-house designed technology including Automatic Selective Door Operation, Driver Controlled Operation systems, and on-train passenger camera monitoring systems.

Contract Win

Petards Group PLC announced that its subsidiary, QRO Solutions (QRO), has signed a four year framework contract with Northumbria Police for the provision of ANPR equipment and support. The contract was awarded following a tender process run by Northumbria Police for all its IT hardware, with QRO being ranked first in the Lot related to ANPR equipment and support. QRO is now the preferred supplier for any direct awards for ANPR systems and support under this framework. Northumbria Police, Durham Police, and Cleveland Police are able to procure QRO's fixed and mobile ANPR systems and related support and maintenance services using this contract. Cleveland Police is a new addition to QRO's customer base, while Northumbria and Durham are existing customers. The estimated value of the ANPR Lot set out in the tender was £650,000, although QRO believes this estimated value to be a floor. The announcement highlights QRO's recognition as a leading player in the UK ANPR market and its ability to deliver quality, service, and value for money in the modern policing market.

PSE&G and PSEG Power responded to extreme weather events, including the worst winter storm in 30 years, and achieved record gas send-out since 2019. PSEG Nuclear supplied 8 TWh of carbon-free baseload energy to New Jersey and the grid.
