Perseverance Metals Increases Its Land Holdings on the Voyageur Ni-Cu-PGE Project, Michigan by an Additional 13,000 Acres

(TSXV:PMI) Perseverance Metals Inc. has entered into two additional agreements with Keweenaw Land Association Limited to lease an aggregate of 12,673.5 acres (51.3 km2) of prospective mineral titles in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, USA. These new Keweenaw Leases expand and infill the company's highest priority exploration holdings in the region. Perseverance Metals has also entered into an option agreement with two arm's length parties, granting the company the sole and exclusive option to acquire 320 acres of mineral rights on the Voyageur Project. With these additions, the company's Voyageur land position has increased to approximately 187,083 acres (757 km2), representing an 11% increase over the original 168,003-acre Voyageur property optioned in July 2023. (TSXV:PMI) Perseverance Metals Inc. announced it has entered into an option agreement dated October 23, 2026, with an arm's length party to acquire 240 acres of mineral rights on the Voyageur Project in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, USA. The agreement grants Perseverance, through its wholly owned US subsidiary, the sole and exclusive option to acquire a 100% interest in the mineral rights in Houghton County, Michigan. To maintain and exercise the option, Perseverance must make cash payments and issue common shares over six years as follows: US$20,000 cash and US$20,000 in shares within 5 days of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance; US$20,000 cash and US$15,000 in shares on or before the 1st anniversary; US$20,000 cash and US$20,000 in shares on or before the 2nd anniversary; US$20,000 cash and US$20,000 in shares on or before the 3rd anniversary; US$25,000 cash and US$20,000 in shares on or before the 4th anniversary; US$30,000 cash and US$30,000 in shares on or before the 5th anniversary; and US$100,000 cash and US$100,000 in shares on or before the 6th anniversary. Upon exercise of the option, the optionor will be granted a 3% net smelter return royalty, which Perseverance may reduce to 1.5% by paying US$1,000,000 before completing a Preliminary Economic Assessment, or US$2,000,000 after a Preliminary Economic Assessment but before a production or construction decision. All consideration shares will have a deemed issue price equal to the greater of the closing price of Perseverance's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on the last trading day before issuance and C$0.61. A maximum of 512,700 consideration shares may be issued, based on an exchange rate of CA$1.39 per US$1.00 as of the date of the option agreement. Perseverance Metals Closes $11.8M Non-Brokered Private Placement

(TSXV:PMI) Perseverance Metals Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement of 18,121,426 common shares at a price of $0.65 per share, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $11,778,926.90.
